The Problem
Continuous lighting acts as a barrier for bats and other nocturnal animals, as they cannot pass or fly through.
Our Solution
Gaps that remain dark between two lamps providing a possibility to cross the lighting.
As non-lit areas decreases the sense of safety vastly, this component shall be implemented between as few lanterns as necessary to provide a way through the light rows. Additionally, it is important to mind that this should be taken care of to ensure that the places where the shadow gaps are implemented are as far away as possible from hedges and other spaces of fear.
